-New members who enroll in any of our three Maintenance Packages will receive a limited-time 20% discount on ONE Thermal Scanning & Blower Door Test. This offer is valid for one year from the start date of the selected Maintenance Package.

-Before enrolling in a maintenance package, we require a site visit to assess your log home's specific needs and ensure it receives the right protection. We waive this visit if we completed a restoration on your home within the past year.

-Enjoy a 20% discount per additional building when bundled into the same maintenance plan.

-Maintenance Packages do not cover pre-existing conditions or previous stain failures.

-Cancelations Details:

• No cancellation fees: You can stop your plan whenever you want.
• No refunds: Any money you already paid will not be refunded.

-Our Maintenance Packages feature a base starting price, with the final monthly cost for your log home tailored to your specific property based on four key factors:

• Square footage of your home
• Property access, such as the need for lifts or scaffolding
• Travel distance and associated fuel costs
• Application method: hand brushing or spraying
• If a Mildewcide or Insecticide is needed for the Whole House Re-coat
